East Midlands Mental Health Commissioning Network

September 28th 2016 Yew Tree Lodge Hotel

Further to the continued success of the regional Mental Health Commissioning Networks, we are delighted to announce we are holding an eleventh East Midlands event, which will run as a full day event from 10.30am - 4.30pm.

We are delighted that Professor Tim Kendall, National Clinical Director for Mental Health, will be presenting at this meeting. The meeting programme will focus on

  • Recovery from depression as a goal
  • Call to action - the hidden costs of schizophrenia
  • Managing ADHD in the criminal justice system.

The aim of the networks is to bring together like minded people from primary and secondary care, and associated organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients with mental health conditions. This provides a platform for active discussion and exchange of ideas to cope with the commissioning challenges encountered in mental health in a more integrated way.
